@qualitydocumentssolution-q81834 жыл бұрын
Prototype can be made in two phases 1st is design prototype and 2nd is Production prototype and production prototype is made during tool trial.
@Rockstar-tv6kv4 жыл бұрын
Sir tool trial ke doran means sample piece hota he na.
@qualitydocumentssolution-q81834 жыл бұрын
No, sample part is made during significant Production trial run which is called initial sample as well.

This is first video for me of this channel and i will see another videos also. It is a great Video about Control Plan. You have cleared everything about it. can you make one Video on Difference among PPAP, Control plan and APQP? And also explain How they relate to each other and What documents are required for each (PPAP, Control Plan and APQP). And give One Product example for understanding the difference among APQP, PPAP and Control Plan.

In one slide you told production CP is made in APQP 4th Phase, in another slide you told Production CP is made before hand over to production both are contradicting if the 2nd line is correct then prelaunch CP will continue till the end of APQP 4th phase
@qualitydocumentssolution-q81834 жыл бұрын
First of all Thank you for watching Production CP preparation is done in APQP 4th phase and before handover to production as per AIAG manual but it will be implemented after handing over to Production. During all trial and before SOP at customer end prelaunch CP exists.

Sir thank you for such an informative video. Actually i have doubt related to Prototype control plan. Do we manufacture the part during prototype control plan? And if yes then how many parts are manufactured during this phase?
@hemant86211 Жыл бұрын
As per customer demand or very less Qty may be 5 /10 .
