1st questi0n : Inquire ab0ut the c0nduct 0f materials deliveries f0r the seller's requirements t0 c0mplete the pr0ject, ie, wether 0r n0t their ( deliveries ) are 0n schedule. 2nd questi0n : accepted change request...This is very c0mm0n in the case 0f h0use c0nstructi0n 0r h0me builds, whereby y0u have "wifey" changing her mind ab0ut the c0l0r 0r kind 0f tiles seller is t0 install in the bathr00ms, maybe even the kitchen 0r lanai, etc,,,it can als0 g0 as far as the change in r00fing surface; in that the 0wner decides instead 0f 0riginally using l0ng span metal c0l0red r00fs, decides t0 have "tiles" f0r r00fing. All these changes are granted with respect t0 aditi0nal c0sts 0r lesser c0sts whichever the case may be.These such changes are accepted regardless 0f what says in the c0ntract as they are c0sidered n0rmal if n0t the "privilege" 0f the h0me 0wner himself...

Work performance information? Not sure if change requests can be an input since it's coming from the seller.
