I am facing problem with nidec SP2401. We backed up program from old Emerson SP2401 and uploaded to new nidec sp241. But it is not functioning. Could you provide me solution??

Motor is 75KW but drive is 90Kw ,This time drive in side parameter setting usable? where drive in side KW parameter option and setting system? Please help me.

I am slightly unclear of the question, but the motor KW is not entered into the drive. You will need to enter the motors information such as; speed, current, voltage, poles, etc. into Menu 5 of the drive. After that information is entered an autotune will need to be performed.

If unidrive SP has SM Application card how to transfer the card program to SI application card. Also for SM application replacement, we have to use SI Application or SI Application plus?

First time this devic is parameter no 0.48 cl vector and pr 0.42- 6 pole,0.43-.920, 0.44-380, 0.45-950.Than look open and pr 1.00 write 1253 than reset.now parameter auto setting 0.42-4pole,0.43-0.920, 0.44-400, 0.45-1450.please help me.0.42 -2pole?

You will perform a save by entering a "1000" into M00.P00 and selecting the Red Reset button. If you do this after you change the pole value it will be saved in the drives memory.

Menu 0 Parameters can be configured, but by default M00.P35 is the keypad reference. If you are wanting to change the keypad reference then, select the "M" menu button twice and hold down the up arrow. You should see the value increasing which is the keypad speed reference.

If pressing the Red "Stop/Reset" button does not clear a trip or error then you will likely need to check the diagnostic section of the manual to determine the cause of the trip and eliminate the condition causing the trip before the trip/error can be reset.
