@@-LAWAN well considering that the red bots basically takes like 1 spud worth of DMG from each collision and even if this huggy thing does multiple collision per hug it will still take about 60+ hits/collision to kill the red bots. By then if that thing is a max tier metal then I'd doubt it will even reach about 30 to 40 collision before it gest cut off in half by the red bots but its a nice one against greenies and hay bots if your tired of the spinning wheel wall most people use.

Another useful defense thing is water. Although it may be (somewhat) a limited resource unless you live right next to a river, it means you can just spray haybots and totebots away from your house with a pretty simple system. Or you can just use buckets.

The only problem with controler defence, is they build up rotational energy, and dometimes wont stop for hours when turned off. Causes some lag .

@@ransomm4838 only when it catches up with the number of rotations that the controller actually tried to do. Sometimes....it just keeps going......heavier the thing it's turning...or the number\amount of time it gets jammed..... The longer it will take.

late comment but i did something similar in one of my survival worlds, just a long bar will drills on the front and it operated like a center pivot., so far its been really effective

What if in the first method you put several of those 90° out of phase from each other so bots don't have time to attack and probably break some bearing or anything.. also what if you increase the speed by one or two points ?

It gets to a point where some bits will stand back and just try and hit it as it spins, you have to bait them closer, sure its not many though. Basically you would be building a shredder it should still work easy enough for sure.
