Aftermath idea: Randall spent most of his days single. He learned to focus on himself and love himself for who he is. He went to therapy, started exercising at the gym, and even landed a successful career. He made so much money that he invested it and ended up becoming a millionaire. He also ended up marrying a sweet lady who loved him unconditionally by who he is, not for what he is. After she lost her job and her boyfriend, Johanna eventually got a taste of her own medicine. She met up with a guy who, not only treated her exactly how she treated Randall, but also revealed that he's a serial cheater and con artist. With almost all her money stolen, Johanna was in the process of facing eviction. Desperate, she went back to Randall's house. After explaining to him her downfall, she tried to get back with him. However, Randall reveals to Johanna that he's moved on and started his own family. Defeated and jealous, Johanna tried desperately to apologize to Randall for how she treated him and to try to win him back. But her apology was only for herself, not for Randall. Randall saw that right through her and replied, "Johanna, you only cared about yourself. You not only cheated on me, but also tried to throw me under the bus and push me around just to satisfy yourself. That's NOT a relationship. You don't just control or manipulate people around you or force them to do stuff that they're not interested in for your own selfish needs. And look at you now. You lost everything because your so selfish. My wife here gave me all the things you never gave me once. She loves me unconditionally, she supports me no matter what, and she even reminded me to love and respect myself. I would never throw her away to back with someone like you. Because you'll never move on by repeating the past. Good luck with you, Johanna." And with that, Randall closed the door right on Johanna's face, who is left moved and speechless by Randall's little speech.

I know how Randall's mom felt. I too saw how someone how abusing and manipulating my dad. Someone who was using him as a meal ticket. Someone for whom he threw away his marriage for. It ultimately cost him everything, including his health. Yet no matter how many times everyone around him, including myself, tried to tell him the truth, he refused to listen. It was all because of his stupid pride. He believed that he was always right and that no one was allowed to argue with him. He was the kind of man who never admitted when he made a mistake. He believed that he would lose face in the community if he did. But he already did lose the respect of the community. Everyone thought he was having an affair with her. In the end, once he was no longer of any value to her, she tossed him away like he meant nothing. Now's he's been reduced to residing in an assisted living center after a series of strokes. None of this would have even happened to him if he hadn't been so stubborn and listened to people.

Though it's acting, this hit the feels. Went through something similar three years ago. Bent over backwards for her, and was just used for money and the vehicle I had. Got treated so nasty, even bashed me in front of her friends and some family. I got physically and mentally exhausted. She wound up in trouble on something serious late-2020 and will be sentenced for it next month. Had no clue about any of it until I saw it online. I walked away for my sanity, and mental health. Also learned to appreciate being single from that experience, and not take that for granted.

I'm glad Randall was able to realize that he was with the wrong woman as early as he did. If he had stayed with her any longer, he'd have been sleepwalking through the rest of his life. something simular happened to me. during our relationship my ex told me stuff like “you’ve changed” and that he didn’t like me hanging out with my friends because i acted like them. he hung out with this girl that was my friend too but i never spoke up abt how that made me feel. during our short relationship he would tell me that i “stopped trying” because i didn’t have time to text him all day. it drained me having someone tell me that they don’t like how i act or who i hang out with, so one day i decided to speak up. during class that day i told me friends about what was happening and they told me to break up with him. i didn’t want to do that so quickly so i explained to him how it mad me sad that he would say that stuff to me and hang out with my friend who everyone thought he was dating (he didn’t want people to know about our relationship even his friends.) he called me crazy for thinking that him and her were more than friends even though i was just telling him how i felt. he broke up that same day. that break up hurt me so badly i sh and wanted to end it, i still miss him sometimes but now i’m way happier that i have been able to focus on myself :)

A Deep Video. Johnanna thought that she was able to get away with mistreating Randall because of his kindness. Once he learned she cheated on him he got pissed and decided to move on and Johnanna thought that he wouldn't make it without her. She was wrong. My follow up. Randall goes to his mother's job to tell her that it's over. She takes the rest of the day off to give him the support that he needs and tells him that he can stay with her to heal. His aunt and uncle who are visiting urges him to seek thearpy and he starts to become a stronger man. He returns to college and becomes a counselor and life coach and while speaking to a group of college students he runs into his childhood friend who had moved away due to her father's job transferring him to another state. They rekindle their friendship and later become a couple. She also encourages him to love himself and don't allow any one to disrespect him. They get married and become parents to twins. Johnanna and her sidepiece had moved into together and fell behind on rent due to them being fired. Johnanna also learned that she was pregnant but she suffered a miscarriage which really made her anger increase. Especially after she learned that the sidepiece was bisexual. Johanna did find a job as a secretary and one night at while hanging out at a resturant, she bumps into Randall and tries to apologizes and get back with him. Randall accepts the apology but tells her that he's moved on and his happily married to a Beautiful, Classy, Hip, Strong and Humble Lady who respects him and encourages him to love himself. She yells at him but he shuts her down and tells her he won't be her emotional punching bag any longer. Randall's wife steps in and tells informs her that she needs to move on before she hurt more than feelings. Johanna storms out the resturant and begins to stalk him but he stands his ground. She breaks into his house but is confronted by his wife who beats her up and is arrested due to his mother who lives across the street calls the cops. Johanna is arrested and stands trial where Randall, his mother and wife tesifies against her along with a surprise witness-an ex-boyfriend who reveals that she was physically abusive towards him and has proof. The judge sentences Johanna to jail.

My thing is this: I see a lot of people bringing Johanna to task in the comments section. However, do you ever stop to think that Randall may have brought this on himself? He just lets that girl walk all over him. Women want a man who has a backbone and who will demand respect.
