Greetings Doctor! I am a senior citizen and have been diagnosed with slow inset incomplete Cauda Equina Syndrome with Conus involvement. (There is some Chord oedema & AV fistula issue). My symptoms have begun to aggravate but I have been at a loss to understand the actual cause of the symptoms and what to expect & plan for in the future.
