I am glad the preapproval was smooth. Think of house hunting as an adventure and it is way less stressful

Recently retired Army guy here. Can you please mention or make a short video about the cons and pros of assumable mortgage? Looking at houses north of Houston, TX, and I keep seeing that! Thanks for your time in advance.

Hi Jennifer! First, I'd like to say I came across your page while in a mental transition of a new career, and now I'm in a course studying for my NMLS. Your videos and how you advocate for you clients is the exact model I'm hoping to emulate. Do you have any recommended sources I could use and study to teach me how to be a quality LO? Getting with a reputable company is important to me, but how I serve my clients and their interest is even more important.

Thank you Chelsea. There’s actually a huge hole in the mortgage industry when it comes training. There are lots of mortgage coaches that will teach you how to get business and charge you a fortune to tell you stuff that’s pretty obvious like don’t rip off your clients but in terms of actual training on how to do loans, etc. there’s nothing that I know of. if you find something solid let me know I’m sure one day I’ll do a course but right now I’m just really focused on taking good care of my clients so my KZbin is going to be the best bet for now. And honestly if you check out how many videos I’ve done it over the years it will pretty much teach you a lot about mortgages as well as it’s a great history, lesson of all the different products and programs and how the markets been over the last seven years. It’s why I keep so many old videos up I think if it is a time capsule.

I have been doing my homework on your page but was curious about "formal" courses. 💜 Thank you! @@JenniferBeeston

If I become a millionaire would it be smart to still get a mortgage
@JenniferBeeston9 ай бұрын
It depends on what we’re talking about as a millionaire. Are we talking about $100 million and you’re buying $1 million house? If so, just pay with cash. If we are talking about your worth $1 million and you want to buy $1 million house then definitely get a loan. Key is don’t put all your eggs in one basket.
