I mean think of it this way if u asked God to send you a table of all kind of food from heaven , and a table of food came down as u asked from heaven carried by angels and u sat down and filled your belly from it and then next day u woke up and said u disbelieve in God . Kaede Manyuda Please don’t assume just because the Quran is in Arabic everything is adhered to the language and the culture of the Arab. There were history of the people that comes from different backgrounds just like how it is in today’s world. Only Rasulullah is an Arab and the other known prophet are not. By going with the original spoken language of him which is Aramaic, his name would be Yeshua. In English, it is Jesus and in Arabic it is Isa. The names that are in the Quran has been conveyed in Arabic and it is not how it would originally be. It should be that simple. There’s no harm in people saying his name in their language.

Kerry Pfinder I used to think since I was a child that I could not relate with anything from the Quran. The language is very foreign and I thought that everything is from the Middle East origin. Why would the religion of truth made it only be exclusively for the Arab? So much emphasis put on it being Arabic that there’s no space on educating the people on the origin and what the word that we recite actually means. I was really disappointed on how the religion was presented and educated to me when I was a child. When I found out what it actually is, I felt surprised and angry even. I’m thankful that Allah let me have the knowledge on what He actually is and what the religion is and not let me live in ignorance and prejudice. Thanks to the modern world as well, we don’t have to learn from only few people about the religion since people have their own shortcomings as well. Quran should be preserve in Arabic since that is the original language that Allah conveyed it into and there’s wisdom behind it. But knowledge and wisdom of it should not be.

To answer your question, we as Muslims believe that we do not have the rights to judge anyone including agnostic like yourself, whether you will be punished /will go to hell or heaven because its all depend to Allah. But if we learn from the Quran, we can see clearly that Allah dislikes the ones who have been given so much of evident and proofs/truths yet they still disbelieved, even worse they hide it. Those are the kind of people that most likely will invoke Allah's wrath. Of course we know that Allah is merciful, but be aware that He is also just. My advice to you, why take the risks of being agnostic when you have the knowledge of the truth of Islam. Believe me my brother, at least put your faith in Allah, acknowledge Him to be the one and only true God, and God willing you will be safe in this world and hereafter. Amen

According to history Allah was one of the 360 Gods housed in the Kaaba ( a Hindu shrine) there is also evidence that he was the top dog God who had his three daughter Al Lat, Al Uzza and Manat. And all muslims respected him as the greatest messenger after Adam, Noah, Abraham, etc until Moses. The reciter knew that Jesus has a good character, and very caring & loving with his people. Actually what you hear is the conversation between God and Jesus on the Day of Judgment. This situation involves what happens in the future, not what has happened. You have to understand, how difficult is it for Jesus to explain to God why his followers make or regard him (Jesus) as a god rather than a messenger of God? It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. And I was a witness over them as long as I was among them; but when You took me up, You were the Observer over them, and You are, over all things, Witness. If You should punish them - indeed they are Your servants; but if You forgive them - indeed it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. Allah will say, "This is the Day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness." For them are gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them, and they with Him. That is the great attainment. To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is within them. And He is over all things competent.

Every one who recite the Coran with a open heart , he certinly going to cry un some point , especialy if he read it in Arabic, it is powrful and deep. The guye who was reciting, starts crying when he recited the verses that talks about punishement, only because the verses remlnde us of the one who in control of this World, and that we should turn to him and repent every day. You know Jesus peace upon him, did feeling heavier than you think to see his people punished, for sure, with punishment that never happened in the past. Your journey will only benefit you when you are seeking the truth sincerely. The unseen reality is the matter of the heart. The first few verses of the 2nd Surah Al - Baqarah in the Quran, describes about mankind and their hearts. There are 3 distinctive types. 1. The one who believes in Allah and all of the unseen describes to mankind through His message. 2. The one who disbelieve and rejects Allah and all of the unseen. 3. The one who are a hypocrite, he claims he believes but in reality his heart disbeliefs. It’s all about the matters of the heart. So ask yourself ... which category are our hearts in? We ask Allah to guide us all to His straight path in our ultimate journey in this world for a destination where we will come back to Him and stand in front of Him. That’s the unseen we are all risking in choosing willingly to believe or not believe, you have that choice of free will and that is faith my friend :) I advice you should be reasonable and think that there is a Creator that creates you and me, and He owns you and us all. So if He owns you, it is just right that we must listen to Him and His commands to us. The Quran is His guidance to mankind. And only Allah can open our hearts if we would only adopt the sincere efforts in seeking Him. Brother, when you read the quran especially in arabic language(origion revelation of the quran) you will feel of intense emotions that you can't kept inside of you. Allah said in the holy quran (59:21) (Had We sent down this Quran on a mountain, you would certainly have seen it falling down, splitting asunder because of the fear of Allah, and We set forth these parables to men that they may reflect.) In arabic we call it ( khushu) خشوع which means reverence to the words of Allah. It happens directley without being able to controlled and many non-muslims when they read the quran they cry because of the strong words in it. That's the reason!

This conversation will be in Day of judgement I guess that it is made so all the christian people hear the truth form Jesus himself, it may explain the verse in the bible which must have been altered to fit another context where the people come to him and say "did not we preach in your name and cure sick in your name etc.." Jesus in the bible answered them "Get away from me YOU evil doers I NEVER knew you" The reciter cried because of many church fathers have mislead millions (who also be blamed by following their teaching without caring to dig it deeper, or leave religion altogether so they can enjoy this short life). Plus Ibn Al juziayah the scholar, said that God when he promise reward he fulfills his promise, but with punishment He can also Forgive and in doing so he is not breaking his promise, more or less I forgot the exact words.. Also God use the past tense because in Quran it is a style to show it will be done no doubt about it as if it were a past, Plus God is above time does not encompass Him.. that is part of the eloquent style of the Quran. There are a lot to say about these few verses that it would take pages!! Notice That the verse said First God inspired the disciples , then the still asked for a proof, (the table spread) and the wording "CAN" "your lord ..etc" So they will see a clear miracle, and proof, which extremely few people have the privilege to witness.. that is why the more proof the more the proof become against you, hence the more is the punishment .
