No. Cz what comes after ayyata or ayya has to be mudaf ilahi not sifat and in this case safhah becomes majrur, which is safhatin.

Yes, thanks. Although I don't understand the terms you're using I have just found an example in a grammar book - أَيّةُ مَدِينَةٍ؟ (ʾayyatu madīnatin?) "which city?".
