I wish we'd talk more about the fact that we've subsidized lower property taxes for home owners by having those municipal costs be covered almost exclusively by new builds and adding to the cost of new housing

Tom looked like he was about to say: get rid of the poor people. Sad to see antihumans in this important discussion. #stopthelossofaffordablehousingnow Luxury condos dont make communities stronger, and if you are that rich buy your island, and start realizing your greed is the problem. People from this city promotes thrift stores, healthy living, farmers market, community centres...keep rescuing the real value of enjoying life, things are worthless.
