Sir Ahmed Salman Rushdie is Mr Witticism & Levity par excellence, and it requires wisdom and robust conscience, as Professor Amartya Sen professes, to be such a sport and illuminating all along. Ta, PEN America! I loved this discussion. The audience, unlike a typically Indian one, was, truthfully, awesome as well.

Amartya Sen can in many ways be seen as the father of modern Identity Politics. Misguided Pluralism, Multiculturalism and Rampant Multiplication of Identity were recommended in his "Identity and Violence." His multiplication of identities joined postmodern ideas to become Woke Politics 10 years later. Another one of our intellectuals who will never pay for their misguided ideas.
