The thing is sri lankan/eelam tamils only have this man speaking up about tamil opression and struggles in north and east. The only tamil in government talking about how sl soldiers and gov are stealing tamil lands and giving it to sinhala people. No problem is sinhalese bought the land but here tamil land is just being given away whilst tamil suffers. Tamil genocide memorial monument is destroyed by soldiers cowardly in the night like tamils are denied the freedom to even remeber their loved ones. For tamils, he is a light at the end of the tunnel for tamil freedom. He is a strong tiger fighting for tamils. But yes you are right, the current gov is causing problems again and again and it is so annoying cause this is how the war began ... if tamils are opressed and put down again ... I wouldn't be suprised if 2nd civil war breaks out ... protests are still going on and army is still attacking innocent ... this is how it started the 1st civil war.

I just had message from a friend appealing to Sinhala brothers to join hand with Tamil speaking people to develop the country where we can all raise the standard of living of everyone (currently only the elites enjoy this), also pay off Chinese loan collectively by all of us. I do appreciate your shouts in the Parliament. You demand so many things for the North East from the government. But the people of the North and East have to change a lot. One man is eating another man . There is no honesty and sincerity among the people. One is trying to plunder another. There is no unity unlike the Sinhalese among the Tamil people. The shopkeepers are plundering the people. Professionals like the masons, carpenters , electricians and so on are inefficient but all crooks cheating the people. Build up a good society among the Tamils first. The TNA first should improve their attitude . There is no point attacking the Sinhala government without changing the Tamil people and their leadership too.
