You can use UV Resin as glue to hold the pieces on too. Just dab, hold, and shine the UV light for however many seconds. Instant bond 😊

I love it!!! I also do tumblers and the converse tumblers are my most popular ones. Just a little advice that helped me...if you mod podge the laces a few times to stiffen, you won’t need a lot of epoxy to coat it. I noticed on my first one the laces soaked up the epoxy and gave it an ugly wet look. The mod podge kept the epoxy from soaking thru and gave it a beautiful glass look. Would love to see ur finished product!!!🥰

A little trick for gluing things like this is use both hot glue and E6000. Just a little dab of hot glue will hold it till the E6000 dries

Hi Courtney, I have a question: I'm about to start on my Converse Tumbler and I have clear water slide paper, will that work? Btw I've been looking all morning and yours is the best that's comes close to what I want and yours is awesome!

Thank you so much !! If your tumbler is white, the clear paper will work fine. Any other color you will either need to use white water slide paper or follow the video I posted on using clear water slide on a dark tumbler😊

THIS!.. THIS IS AMAZING! My 26 year old daughter STILL wears Converse. She's got sooo many colors. I've got to make one. I use CrystaLac instead of epoxy (which is much thinner) it would take 50 layers of it! Do you think 951 vinyl would work for the string and 'lace holes'?

I spray painted my water slide white. Essentially turning it into a white waterslide instead of clear. So it would show up

Yes. I wish I didn’t have to, but after putting epoxy on the cup I wouldn’t be able to thread the strings back thru the loops😭
