Im currently in search on what should i believe... i was talking to a baptist friend and he hates the catholic..then there's this guy who's knowledgeable in catholic teachings.. my baptist friend said that the catholic church just focuses on the traditions instead of the bible itself... so for now i'll listen to my friend who is 21 years my senior and a catholic, he's 38 while my baptist friend is a 22 yr old.

Definitely pay attention to the misinformation that gets spread. Usually in my experience, people get very vocal and attack what they think the church teaches rather than what she actually teaches. The statement that the church doesnt focus on the Bible is ignorant to the reality that the church has the scriptures woven through every mass
