DC converter without transformer Please note, this circuit is not isolated from mains so don’t touch any open wire in this circuit when the circuit is plugged in.
If you want to increase the brightness of the led use 10W led and 47uf ceramic capacitor in place of 5uf. This capacitor must be rated 400v or above.

This circuit is very clear but it is so dangerous and then it can't be use for a long time.

I don't think that it can supply that much current to regulate by the regulator bridge. The two main capacitors can not deliver even 1A. Even small bridge or four small rectifiers can do the job.

It's 470K resistor not 150k yellow purple yellow= 470000 ohm

Nice and easy prj but a question..... in to video you write 2 x 150 k ohm but yellow purple yellow it s 470k not 150k........what kind of resistor i can put? thx a lot for help
