If it doesn't work, here's my troubleshooting: Use the same version of Unity and THE SAME VERSION of VRM0 as the one she uses If it doesn't export - check your rig is human. Thank you, Fofamit. Really good guide.

The longer videos are definitely much appreciated, ‘cause I think a lot of people (like myself) are essentially completely new to this world. You are an absolute life saver. This tutorial is EXACTLY what I needed. The only issue I have run into that perhaps you have some guidance on: the model I am using has a jaw bone included and I'm also not seeing the expression sliders when editing for A, E, I, O, U, etc. VRM exporter throws a warning that "Jaw bone is included. It may not what you intended. Please check the humanoid avatar setting screen." Other than that, everything went swimmingly. Any help or guidance is much appreciated and thank you again for this longer tutorial, it was very helpful!

so in blender the body on my model has all the shape keys, but when i put it in unity, i dont have the drop down menu for body or anything, so i cant get ot any of the shape keys?? when i export the FBX also i make sure "apply modifiers" is checked edit: it took all day but i figured it out,,,,,, the apply modifiers check box was the culprit. you have to manually apply your modifiers and make sure that demon box is unchecked,,,,,,

So I am using a Rusk avatar from VRChat for this, I followed everything exactly how you did, but for some reason I cannot get the eye tracking to work like how yours are being tracked, same with the mouth. I exported my model and when I brought it into the project, it was completely mangled, including but not limited to the head being backwards and all of the limbs being a completely mess. The only thing that came out remotely normal was the tail. Any idea what might have caused this?

You have something on your model outside the bounding box of your model. Need to either fix the mesh, or change the bounding box boundaries.

This is EXCELLENT, thanks a ton! Got a couple models converted already and I'm gonna work on more of these for friends who wanted to get into streaming! Only really wound up with one major stumbling block that I'll mention on the off chance someone else runs into it-- there was only one texture that covered my whole model except the eyes, and no separate texture box to put just the eyes in. I talked to a more experienced friend and just by looking at the file name for the eye texture we figured out it was supposed to go in the "emission" box instead. (I think that's just to make the eyes light up in vrchat so if I go somewhere dark there's this sort of cartoonish floating eyes in the darkness effect-- it's pretty neat!)

⚠️Please help!!⚠️ its a lot to explain, so I have unity its just for some reason univrm wont work. It keeps saying error and whenever I drop my vrm avatar file in the file for vrm nothing happens. Having an issue, after converting to VRM and with the expressions, the eyebrows seem to clip through the skull. Everything else works and I have legacy blendshape normals enabled. Is there a fix to keep to its original blender/fbx eyebrow blendshapes and it doesnt clip? Thanks!

oh, same problem here. i think the brow is just flipped from blender or whatever software you used. my left eye texture was also flipped. just go into blender, and options, untick backface culling.
