Convert IFC to ArcGIS Geodatabase MULTIPATCH Features

when I hit the " quick import " tool it shows (Tool has failed to open: interop.QuickImport) do you know how to solve this problem?

When I import ifc file using the "quick import" tool, I found the gdb coming out is missing files.
