I have it set up where someone selects which topics they are interested in, and often times they check multiple. This adds them to multiple sequences, but then they end up getting multiple emails from me at a time? What do you recommend for the set up on this to not overwhelm subscribers? (I use convertkit if that helps)

All platforms offer list segmentation however the two platforms I recommend for beginners are mailerlite and flodesk.

How would you filter out clients and leads in an email list that already has about 200 people going through?

Unless there’s another tag you’ve added when they signed up (ie: purchased product X) then you’ll have to do this manually. Make sure the process of making a purchases adds a tag automatically!
