i cant tell you how helpful this is, i have a brigdeported gslse in the garage and its been sitting because i havent been able to find a guide like this, ive never worked with carbs. i know it wont start because of something stupid but i just dont have the knowlegde to figure it out myself. you are a saint, my rx7 might run after all these years thanks to you

Hey brother im selling my 03 wrx race car and my daily 98 pathfinder. With the funds Im getting an fb or an fc vert possibly. Whatever I can find that is the cleanest in my price range. Forsure goinf to have to travel to acquire the vehicle and drice it home. As long as its manual trans 😂 I live in south Texas so cool cars down here are at risk of severe weather events but I'm willing to take the risk and just enjoy my life regardless of where we live. Next place will have a garage and We can always try to get out of town before a hurricane or find a multi story parking garage to park the cars. I loved my subaru but as an odd engine enthusiast I cant wait to get my hands on a rotary. My wrx has a ej25 hybrid build with a gtx2076r and every supporting mod you can imagine to support up to 450whp without sweating. I want to do a complete mechanical restoration on the rx7 not lookinf to make power or go fast. Just look good and work properly. Im so stoked I cant think of anything else.

I love my Carbureted 12A! I'd like to upgrade to a Weber at some point, but for the moment I'm really happy with my performance and money is tight.

I bought an fc with rew. Guy o out in my town says to go carb. That's what we're going to do. He knows a ton .me, literally nothing... I was going to learn some things... never see people using carbs for 13bs or rews or renesis really..

Long time viewer and your videos have deff helped me out a ton over the years. Do you happen to have a part number for the oil pressure used? I bought one a while back but it was only a 2 wire and I like that that one has a starter signal for cranking. Thanks in advance.

Yeah I can vouch for the gslse efi being real wonky at times. Have been daily driving mines for 3 years and every time it starts to mess up I start eyeballing an old S.K. Carb setup I have sitting in a corner lol. Also really thankful for all the info you've been gifting us with lately.

First off I’ll like to say thank you for all the videos, it’s helped me out so much. Currently in the process of doing a similar build. I have a 85 12a car that I’m dropping in a 13b Weber setup. I’m using a 87 13b n/a internals with brand new gsl-se housings and using 12a irons. I guess my question is there a reason you are using the 6port irons versus doing a similar combination? And second what am I supposed to do on the ignition side? I know I’m supposed to use the 12a distributor but what about the vacuum lines that run to the distributor?

We are swapping my sons 85 rx7 gsl 12a for a injected 13b . We bought the new pan/ gasket and front engine mount. Is there somewhere we can get direction? It already has a RB exhaust and intake manifolds and Holley 650

Can you remove the whole harness on a 88 fc? Looking to put a carb on mine having so many issues with the efi and wiring and sensors

Out of curiosity does the GS and gslse run the same wiring cause Id like to do this on my 85 GS if this is just the same wiring
