The sniper x Flow 1375 is hands down the best thing we ever did to our small block turbo Mopar. The second best thing is convert it to E85. The third best is buying a professional tune.

Converted a 68 Torino GT with a MSD kit last year, night and day difference. Especially on cars that don't get driven often.

Reminder: The fuel pump pre filter must touch the bottom of the tank to avoid fuel supply starvation when the fuel is at low level.

Please keep us up to date on how this works for you. I tried the Sniper on a 302 and a brand new 347 crate engine. Both didn't "take". Had it professionally installed on both. Went back to 650 Carb on the 347. Really wanted it to work. I hope it does for you! Awesome vid!!

@@JD_JoyrideTV Not really sure to this day. They did like a month long trouble shoot. My car acted like it was vapor locking constantly. They told me that it just sometimes happens. Glad it is working for you!!

I read mixed reviews about the EFI system . One of the reasons why i stepped away from it on my rebuilt chevy 350 for my K5 blazer. Also if you breakdown somewhere with a EFI problem you cant just fix it right away. Unless you carry extra parts like a 02 sensor and a back up EFI system…Im currently running the edelbrock avs2 and has been very reliable and starts every time and easy to tune. Maybe one day ill try out the EFI system..But if i would to choose i would go with the older version MSD atmoic EFI..i like the fact you can mount the electric module inside the cab away from heat..Thats one of the downsides of the new EFI and a common problem for the computer module to go out because of the excessive heat under the hood..

Looks great. Fuel pressure regulator mounted on the firewall is not track legal so if you ever did want to run it they probably would fail you at tech in, but if you’re not ever going to race it who cares! lol

14:41 LMAO, STOP, playing with the screwdriver and oil pump slot. 😂. Set the dizzy rotor where you want it and turn the engine by hand and the dizzy will drop into its final position with the rotor turning. The 1st engagement is meshing with the cam.

JD great update to the ride. I gotta admit I do not agree that the regulator should be on the return line. The regulator is so there is not excessive fuel pressure to the carb/fuel injection from the fuel pump. You need to control that pressure. How much return pressure really doesn't matter. The carb/fuel injection is gonna return what it needs to return. Just putt'n it out there!

fi is different look at any new fi vehicle it is regulated after the injectors but either way its still set at 60psi either b4 or after the the carb/throttle body but with fi you don't want any restriction b4 the throttle body bc it uses high fuel pressure where a carb uses 6-10 psi any higher it will push thru the needle and seat flooding the car hope that helps

Not to be a dick. But there’s a reason why there was a brass gear on that old distributor. They go by the material used. Aka a billet steel camshaft would use a composite or a brass distributor gear. Trust me I learned the hard way by ruining a camshaft using a harder metal of the distributor gear. I doubt you guys have the info of the engine being built but a cam sheet that came when the owner bought the camshaft should be with it. With other important info.

@@brentonmcclean3647 I fucked my motor up doing that. Just for safe purposes just throw a brass one or a composite one on that distributor. That will work with pretty much any camshaft. Just remember that their a soft material. They don’t last long. Especially if you drag race it or have a high volume/pressure oil pump.
