Sounds like you should just take a L on the property and get rid of it. I see a lot of last ditch effort to go on airbnb for a "quick" profit to make some cash out the properties people own. Long term i think it will hurt to hold onto this place ifyou can't get renters in it in Santan Valley. People are moving out there for a cheap place to live, not go on a staycation in a house with no amenities like a pool. No hate just being real. Good luck with the property though!
