I was about to say the same.. also water gathers on the rubber bung by design as its basically a plug hole, that's now sealed up 🙃

Gotta say, I enjoy watching you on these trips and car build, I finally pulled the trigger and joined up full stop. I haven't done this with anyone else's channel. I just love your content, bro. Also, as a side note, after watching the Wednesday mini cardboard camp, I suppose one of the reasons I enjoy your channel so much is that it ain't one of those poshy channels where everything seems to work perfect. You show the bad shit with the good, and it's great, because that's how it is, right? I mean I sat here with stitches in my side laughing about you losing that foot off your camp chair, cause that's the stuff that happens to me too, all the freaking time. Went on a road trip through the mountain ns myself, supposed to been camping through and my car broke down in the middle of no where. After a $300 tow, it was just a radiator cap. Still made the best of it, but I just laughed and stayed stealthy! Enjoying the car build hugely though! Keep on keeping on!

Don't forget to inform the insurance of every modifcation you have done and Moted accordingly and the log book has also been altered if not your insurance will be invalid

The water won't be coming in from the bottom at the bung plug, unless you were parked in water up to that level. It will be coming in from higher up. Best way to check is to add some food dye to water and then pour over various areas around the boot lid a little at a time. Check, dry is needed and repeat the process until you see the coloured water appear in the wheel well, you'll then start to get an idea where it's coming in and seal it up. Check behind the number plate in case multiple holes have been drilled.

Also check rear light seals and behind bumper might have vents into the body. Good idea to seal all that up before africa or else you'll have a soggy electric pond in your boot. Check rear window 🦭 also. Much love x

Check the boot lid seal & tail light seals dude! Often water ingress comes from there and just pools in the spare wheel well! Good luck!

Hi Adam Good video today buddy. Water in tyre well probably tailgate rubber leaking in. Be careful water level doesn't rise and bugger the electrics you put in there. The big round rubber grommets are drain plugs like your bathtub to let water out if u remove it. Used duck tape over the slots in the roof bars on mine and helps quite it down 90% and check the footpack clamps are tight regularly as they do work loose especially over rougher ground. Lastly tuck Arial under roof bar and maybe bob a turn of tape around the to fix it to the bar and stop it tapping 👍 Looking like some biscuit tin adventures coming soon with this much progress recently 😃 Stay safe and Stealthy buddy 👍👍👍

You can get a little antenna from the pound shop that wont interfere with your roof bars 👍 or any car shop

@@wanderingwhere you don't want to replace the whole antenna, just the long stick thing, they literally twist clockwise or anti clockwise and unscrew.... if you don't use to radio you can just unscrew it and not bother buying another 😂😂
