Thanks a ton for the video! I know I'm by far in the minority but I love the look of the old squares. I always wanted to get into both WFB and 40k when I was younger but living in the rural midwest was not the best environment to jump start into a game like people can today, hell I was double damned lucky to be able to find a D&D game let alone other games, and my friends were not even slightly interested. Anyway to try and cut this story into a shorter read I finally pulled the trigger last year at around this time on both AOS and 40k. I have always collected Troll and Goblin minis so I have a few from WHFB I used in D&D games including my all time favorite model from the early 90's ( the night goblin that's giving his enemies the finger LMAO, I just love tthat little dude!), I want to rebase them as most of my FLGS events follow current tourney rules as do most of the players from what I have been told . Anyhow thanks again, hopefully after all the money and time I have invested I hope I get to play my first games this year!

Glad you liked the video and have found a FLGS to play at. I suspect that a preference for round vs square is baked in by when you started hobbying and if you started more with fantasy or 40k. Being someone that started with Fantasy and D&D back in the 90s I will always have a soft spot in my heart for a nice crisp block of models squared up and ready to fight, especially if they have some goofy poses in there 😁 Converting square to round is mostly a practicality for playing current rules.

this is How I do it, The only diferens it that I like fixing the seme after the model been primed and painted using texure paint.
