Converting Visualforce page to Lightning Web Components

Do we need to make any changes to Apex code while converting VF page to LWC ? Or we are using exactly same controller for LWC without any changes.

From VScode, Go to Settings, then search for "Lightning" in the search bar. Then Check the checkbox which is below "Salesforcedx-vscode-lightning: Show Lightning Explorer". With this you could see Lightning Explorer extension available in your Vscode.
