Great information. The breadth of coverage is great. The only problem I had was it was a bit like drinking from a fire hose. Had to repeat and go back because I was trying to absorb and move forward at the same time. A slightly slower pace would be beneficial. Thanks, again, for your comprehesive approach and providing all the information.
