Hello, That's a really awesome and well-explained video. Seems like you are unnoticed by the community, we really hope your words reach out to the broader audience and you get the level of appreciation that you deserve!

Thanks, going to try to make new videos every 1-2 weeks explaining assets from the project. If you have any feedback or suggestions let me know. Only have one video for now but will be releasing one discussing recoloring tomorrow (and another about pathfinding in a few weeks).

@@NickMaltbie Yeah Surely, cover important and unique topics after a bit of research and definitely you would be known for that pretty soon.

Can you show how you unwrapped the uv in blender for the conveyor belt? When im doing this, its not a straight line in the uv, it is curved. And maby you can show how to rotate like 90 degress curve with the texture

Sure, I'll make another demo video or article when I have time to improve the demo either as a video or a web page. You can also find the example model and unity part in the repo link in the description. I'll let you know when I have the follow up demo done.

brilliant & succinct.. other youtubers take note and cut all the branding-bloat, "like & subscribe, slow-talk, bait & switch ploys "without further ado lets get straight into it but first a meme break

Thanks! This video was really fun to make. I want to make more short videos on topics like this but my more recent videos have been on much more complex topics that take longer to describe. I think I’ll try to mix in more of these smaller projects in the future :)

@NickMaltbie do you know much about point clouds from kinect azure sensors? playing with fx shader particles and rgb-d files for water simulations, interactive particles?

@@underbelly69 I’ve heard of the first two but haven’t worked with them before. However, I have worked with particle systems in unity and other systems before :) I might try to take tangents or other topics from my longer videos that didn’t make the cut and make them into short videos.
