the key with convict conditioning is not to skip some of the "easier" level workouts

I'm just maintaining mass, but yeah this has helped increase strength a bit. More than anything it has helped me get over some injuries to my shoulders and elbows though.

How do you go from beginner to what you're doing?
@mobilitybaka Жыл бұрын
This is a pretty old video, my training is a lot different these days but a beginner should definitely prioritise volume over intensity. Stick with easier movements at a higher volume.@@countryroadstakemehome

how could they be better?

@@TheMarshalMurat stretching helps a lot for a better pistol squat form. and pistols are not that hard strength wise, keeping the balance is probably harder

Everybody ignores the " eccentric" portion of exercise...either with weights or bodyweight! This is not the case in the video!
@onetufri1239 жыл бұрын
Secound excercise is safe?
@scottk15259 жыл бұрын
onetufri123 Most definitely not! Doing a static bridge where you just plant your head and hold isn't so bad, but rolling around like that is just begging for a spinal fracture, a slipped or herniated disc, nerve damage, or a long list of spinal injuries. Plus, if you survive, you'll have to deal with the inner torment of really fucking yourself up after doing something that is CLEARLY unsafe. You'll be sitting there in your neck brace thinking "how the fuck did I think that was a good idea??"
@pcxPOT8 жыл бұрын
thats an exercise for the neck and you do it after training your spine for a while.
@divinedbag7 жыл бұрын
i agree, moving the neck around so much under load seems like a bad idea even if you're in good shape for it... isometrics and less compressive movements like arch-holds seem safer in the long term. You only get one spine and once it's damaged beyond a certain point, pain and discomfort can become a way of life :(
