Watching this video has brought back so many memories. I grew up in Googee and 60 years ago I use to swim into the same cave and let the waves come crashing down on me. Back then the pool where all the waves are coming in use to be owned by Giles Sea Baths and many a times I use to get kicked out. Nowadays there us just a memorial of Giles

И пропало на несколько лет а тут вдруг появилось это видео и воспоминания ведь я была моложе и с белом завистью радовалась за молодежь как они купаются пото что в молодости я любила плавать да и в свои 73 я не уступаю зятю благо я живу в городе на реке Волга всем здоровья и поздравления с новым 2024. I don't see why people think this is dangerous the wave hit the rocks, turn into like a foot of rapids then flow into a big pool (that probably has sand on the bottom)

As long as they stay in the pool, it's reasonably safe. However, standing on those rocks is idiotically dangerous. It doesn't take much rushing seawater to sweep a person off their feet. Then they fall and get swept down those rocks on their bare skin, shredding it and/or breaking bones, too. And some injuries could prevent them from swimming/staying afloat without help. Search KZbin for "Tourists get swept off rocks by waves".
