Gosh, this is so funny, about two weeks ago, I decided that we are just having side dishes on Christmas Day, I love that you had the same idea. I love your cooking videos, I always learn something great. I really want to make your date bars. And those parsnips… I usually loath parsnips, but even I’m thinking that Parmesan Parsnips look divine! Finally, is Alex aging backwards? I don't eat meat either but I highly recommend either frying or smoking your turkey. Baking completely dries it out. When we host thanksgiving, it's about 24 people in our family and I always cater the turkey from Cajun turkey company. I get one spicy and one regular fried turkey, it doesn't last long. People fight over the spicy one 😂
