Thank you Aunty. My mom made these pies while growing up and I never stuck around to watch how she did it. I made it for the first time back home in Dallas and it came out so good. I used a little crisco oil in the dough. Everyone is now asking to make it constantly. So now I’m vacationing in Hawaii, visiting my family and it’s been requested, again. It’s a challenge between my 2 sisters and I, who can make it better or at least close to my moms pies. Guess what, I WON! Thanks to you and my love for MOM’s pies, I am over whelmed by my family’s request. (So much for vacationing) hehehe. Talofa Aunty 😘😘😘
