Thank you for the update. I am Jamaican American. Mother and her family born and raised in Montego Bay, but I am a New Yorker. Your recipes helped me to cook my childhood dishes my mother and Nana used to make me. In fact, my rice and peas, curry chicken, and jerk chicken came out perfectly for my 2021 New Year meal. My family loved it. Thank you, and much love! ❤

Lovely to see you both again. Miss Fay you are so cute 😘😘. I wonder if you can help me. As a child I remember shelling speckled beans with my gran in the garden cooking and eating pea soup. I would like to grow those type of beans in my garden but I'm not sure what they were called. They definitely were not red kidney beans, the shell was a reddy green colour and the bean was speckled deep red. I've tried looking on KZbin but all the peas soup and pigstail recipes use kidney beans and they definitely were not that type. The closest ive seen are Borletti or cranberry beans and they look like it could be. Any thoughts that might help. Lots of love from the UK xx
