Let me tell you all, I made it and it tastes just like my mama used to make it, it is mouth smackering delicious. I used shrimp and herring powder as I don't use maggi or onga cubes. My mum always added fresh onions to the last stage of her stews and soups and boy oh boy. I hadn't tried the boiled fish method before, seasoned perfectly it's da bomb. Thank you for that tip. Let me tell you all ..it's amazing to find a channel that posts simple and tasty recipes....using the procedures our moms taught us. It brings back a lot of memories. my mom rarely cooks as we are now old enough to cook for the family so finding a channel that complements her recipes is the best. #No msg #Natural spices . This garden egg stew oh mine the process is " superb" oh yea I know because I use almost the same process with lots of sliced onions which really gives a distinctive flavour. Sissy your cooking is always 👏👏🥇❤. Great cooks are born in Ghana😂
