Hello my name is Deborah from Pittsburgh PA ,I wasn't looking for nobody in particular, so I just picked the first video I saw it was yours, the way I clean chicken ?what happened in the last 20 years to chicken I have no idea? Once upon a Time you put chicken in cold water ,you pick the hairs off you pick some feathers off, wash with cold water and cook your chicken, you try that now? you might die, I put my chicken in cold water salt vinegar cut up a lemon or a lime, squeeze the juice in the water ,let's sit there for 2 hours, comeback wash the chicken with the lemon or the lime, wash the chicken like your washing clothes, wash about three times, make new cold water , put flour in the water,let sit for about 30 minutes, then waah the chicken in the flower water, at least two times, now you can fry and bake your chicken that's ridiculous, what happened to chicken over the last 15 20 years I have no idea, it smells like garbage
