When you're rolling patty dough, don't use a whole slab of butter. Melt it and add a layer at each fold, so that when you bake or fry each layer gets crispy and separated. Another tip.😊

A small tip. Add some salt to the oil so that it doesn't splatter to much. Ginger-garlic paste has its juices, which doesn't mix with "just oil". Add it after adding veggies next time. And wear an apron!😊

Pro-Tip: Please melt the butter and then apply it with a specialised brush. Don’t just leave it in the middle of the pastry. The butter will pool in one area.

No puff pastry is made with cold butter brick and frozen on every fold and kept cold while making the layers. So when the patty is made the butter melts and the layers show up. If you already use melted butter the layers just won’t show up
