I'm an pure born Mumbaikar so here's a tip for that red colour in pav bhaji without adding any food colours Make a paste of red chilli powder and water let it sit for 10 mins then add the paste in your bhaji .. you'll definitely see the results Lots of love!❤️

Ghar pe jo pav bhaji hoti hai, hamesha yellow ho jaruri nahi Girisha Di...thode se beetroot dal dete toh food color ki jarurat nahi. Apne aap naturally color ajata hai I make it all the time, and beetroot gives a beautiful colour to my pav bhaji. .
