In today's video, we are making a delicious and easy Korean Beef Bulgogi, a tangy and spicy cucumber salad, and a crisp and sweet pear margarita! I made this up and eyeball everything in my cup, but here are my ESTIMATED measurements.
4 oz pear nectar
2 oz tequila
1 oz triple sec
1/2 to 1 oz lime juice (depending on how tangy you like it)

I'm from New Orleans and I use a lot of seasoning. I use onion, green pepper, garlic and bay leaf in every thing I cook. Glad to see you cook with a nice amount of seasoning.
