Yummy!!! I have made the same brownie recipe and while they taste really great, mine were more fudge-like. For pizza cravings, I like to lay out a slice of smoked ham (Sahlen’s brand is my fave), and then I place a slice of salami and a slice of sandwich pepperoni on top of the ham. I place half of a mozzarella string cheese in the middle and then roll it up. Use a toothpick to secure the roll and then bake in the oven until the cheese is melty and the meats get crispy on the edges. Dip in the Raos sauce and enjoy! I don’t even miss pizza anymore and my kiddos love them, too! Thank you for sharing these keto recipes! ❤

When I used to make fathead dough, I would add Italian seasoning in with the dough before adding almond flour to the mix. You can also bake the dough right on parchment paper.

For a quick pizza you can use a low carb tortilla for your “dough” and it makes a crispy cracker style pizza

Since your a busy mom try making the pizza dough in a food processor, but triple the recipe. Pre-bake the dough ( flip after 7 min.) then freeze on a cookie sheet, wrap well with aluminum foil. Time for dinner --- just add sauce and cheese. This has been a life saver for me. Also you might want to try Cloud Bread, it also freezes well and makes a quick breakfast by adding some cinnamon and butter. Keto is easier if some foods are already done.

I would love the brownies, because even though I'm fat, I always use Stevia. It tastes just like sugar! In fact, when you bake the conversion is the same as regular sugar. Another great recipe! I have started the Keto diet and am on my 2nd week. So far so good. I have lost 5 pounds. I did not realize how yummy the Keto diet is and you are eating real food not the processed ucky 'diet' food. Yum! Pour on the veggies and some pineapple and some Canadian bacon, and you take it to the next level. I don't do alternative sugars, so no brownies for me. I've been off sugar for about a year. My Dil always bakes with half the sugar and it's actually pretty good! I'm on WW, so a little different mind-set here. Thank you though!!

Tiffany, love your videos. you are such a joy to watch. Have you ever tried the two ingredient dough? I think it came from Weight Watchers but I found online. It is a cup of self rising flour and a cup of fat free greek yogurt. if you go online and put in two ingredient dough in a lot of info will pop up. congratulations on the weight loss.

I find that brownies are more moist adding MTC oil. Also, try baking it above 5 minutes less. I don’t think you did anything wrong. Almond flour is always a little grainy. Coconut flour is smoother but I find it to be too dry even when I add extra moist ingredients. Sometimes I fry a low carb tortilla and use that for a quick pizza crust.

Both looked so yummy. I was especially interested in the pizza dough. I need to know the exact carbs per serving for a diabetic. I kept scanning the linked recipe but it was listed. I was able to find the exact recipe (by someone else) and it list 2 grams of net carbs per serving. I am definitely going to try this. It looked so good. Thanks for sharing.

Oh my goodness, that brownie recipe is just not right. The pix posted with the recipe are NOT pix of keto friendly, low-carb brownies. You did nothing wrong, the pix and recipe is wrong. You need at least 1 more egg and another liquid to get the right consistency. I recommend always sift the flours and use a combination of sugar free sweeteners. ❤ I tell you what, if you are interested, I will send you the brownie recipe I’ve been perfecting so you can see what a true brownie recipe should look and feel like that is keto-friendly and low carb. I will even send you my flour and sugar blends to use. For the fathead dough, this is the recipe I use: 2 cups mozzarella cheese 2 oz cream cheese 1 cup flour Spices to taste based on the type pizza you are making Add cheeses and flour to a microwave safe bowl. Use your fingers to mix in the flour then microwave for 90 seconds, remove and mix with a spatula. Microwave again for 30 seconds and then finish by needing with a spatula and then your hands. Shape into a disc and rollout. Poke with a fork and par bake at 400 for 8 mins. Remove, add your toppings and bake for another 10-12 mins. CONGRATS on your weight loss! I am not trying to sound like a know-it-all but I’ve been doing this lifestyle for 4+ years and it makes me sad when recipes don’t turn out like the pictures because you always think YOU are the one who messed up. And that is generally not the case. xoxo
