Dave amazon has allulose sweetner that is granular and tastes great. You can use a bullet processor and make powdered sweetner with any granular sweetner.
@christineconley79035 ай бұрын
I use allulose. It isn't as sweet as sugar, so you might need to use a little bit more. It also has some added health benefits. Another good thing about it is that it doesn't crystallize when making sauces and jellies.
@jbeargrr5 ай бұрын
I use allulose, it's a very fine granulation. Very close to powdered sugar. I use it instead of other powdered sweeteners. It dissolves easily, and doesn't tend to re-crystalize like erythritol does. All of the "monk fruit sweeteners" are either erythritol or allulose, with a smidge of monk fruit to boost the sweetness. Monk fruit is way too sweet to use alone and has a bad aftertaste just like artificial sweeteners, if you use too much. It may also have some additional health benefits, but there's not enough info on that yet. Both allulose and erythritol are naturally occurring sweeteners, not artificial. Avoid aspartame and sucralose. Both are bad for your gut biome and sucralose has been found to be causing environmental damage as well. Splenda is sucralose. But they're branching out into other sweeteners, like the erythritol & monk fruit one you just used. That one's fine. Just read the ingredients on those labels so you don't get something bad for you.

Hi, might put a small towel underneath the bowl so it doesn’t spin. Also what type of spray are you using to grease the pan? If vegetable oil that is a big Keto no no, the best is to use avocado spray oil, it does not taste like avocado it is very lite and a Keto Yes! Also when you make the vanilla glaze and it is too much you can separate it in half or thirds and just add your other flavor (chocolate, strawberry etc.) but either 1/2 it or 1/3 it and add about another 1/2 TBLS. cream. I am definitely going to try these…Thank you

Dave, you’re funny and real. I appreciate you for bringing us through your natural cooking process. I can’t wait to try these donuts, but I will add the nutmeg as I’m a huge fan. 😋

I made these donuts and they are fabulous!! I think they would be great as small muffins also if you don't have a donut pan. They would also be good without the glaze/frosting since they have cinnamon and nutmeg in them. Great recipe Dave!
