I'm making a stuffed bacon wrapped venison back strap for our Christmas eve dinner tonight. We saute mushrooms, garlic, jalapenos and onions. Then we mix it with the cream cheese for the stuffing. It's so yummy! Your solstice dinner looks amazing! As usual, thank you for sharing. 🙂
