I know this a crazy question lol, but what water do you drink? Is it tap, boiled water or bottled water and if it’s bottled can you recommend what brand? I’m very picky about water but also want to know the healthiest(ph) water that’ll help my body be energized with the meals I eat instead of it fighting each other.
