I would leave the pinapple juice in it for the sauce you could always add a little cornstarch. I love the honey chicken my on in law loves honey and chick filet ( drives three hours for it we live inthe north and that is the closest restaurant that and Popeyes) i am telling my daughter about it.

I use my crockpot all the time & especially in the summer. My mom use to use the oven in the morning so it wouldn't be so hot in the kitchen in the summertime. Smart lady. I love your recipes, they are so good and easy. Crockpot recipes are my favorite, it makes more time for other things. What I really like, is your husband is so sweet and isn't trying to interrupt you all the time. Have had to dump others, because the husband or boyfriend had to distract for attention. I love to use my crockpot. We have a local hot link sausage (Zummo) and Boudin we put it on before we go to the river. When we come back everyone can eat in buns. With bbq sauce, or any favorite condiment. Also we make chicken spaghetti in freezer ahead of time. We food save it it in waterproofed food saver sealed bag. We bring it with us to the rental house. We thaw it in fridge. Put it on low so we can eat early dinner. We also freeze taco meat in sealed food saver bag. We make walking tacos with it.

Thank you so much for the tip on the buttermilk. Every time I buy buttermilk for a recipe I end up not making the recipe right away in the buttermilk goes bad and buttermilk is not cheap I've done that twice now and it's like I wasted my money. Also I've never heard of doing regular milk like that and it make buttermilk. I grew up drinking buttermilk my dad was a huge buttermilk drinker it was only me and him and the house that drank it out of 6 people and I would put pepper and little bit of salt in it and I loved it as a child.

Great recipes Jen! I love using my Croc Pot for the entire year, but especially in the Summer. It is nice to cook a hot meal in the Crick Pot without heating up the house. I always rinse my rice too. Instead of the dry packets, I use a little of the ready made dressing. I have high blood pressure and I avoid the packets as they contain too much sodium. Love all your recipes. I don’t eat very much bread these days, I am trying to lose a little weight so I skip the carbs when I can.

Hello there, young lady! I once made an apple tart when I was in a rebellious mood. I did not use cinnamon at all. I only used ginger and nutmeg for my warming spices. The crust was some fancy thing from Martha Stewart, called Pate Frisee. I was hoping you would try this combination with some simple, baked apple recipe you make and see what you think. Thanks I am going to give this Creamy Italian Chicken a try. Cooking chicken breast many times I learned to only use the slow method rather than high. It tens to be too chewy and stuff when cooking it on high for me atleast.

For the hot honey chicken recipe you have linked it says only 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, but in the video it looks like you used way more than that.
