I’m going to throw in 2 cents here. Because the breasts are tiny I would recommend instead of butterflying them to use a kitchen hammer and flatten them then you get more even cook. When you burn or over cook your garlic it turns bitter instead of sweet. So more butter with the whole garlic clove in the butter and cook like you did. Then you should have a nice sweet heat flavour. I like your recipe easy and simple. good video.

Thanks man, i have done the hammer theory many oh times and its great...depending on the level of burn in the garlic i do agree it will kill the sweetness, the garlic on here was dynamite with no bitterness. Now im getting hungry again..lol..glad you enjoyed man and thanks for the input🤟😎
