The best part of your show is to see you enjoy your food . ☘ Great info on the *business of food industry* - ☘ When we showed the video to our kids that the *Ice cream from stores is made of hydrogenated fats* , they started insisting that ice cream be made at home ! ☘. Now *no more* "it is not tasting store-bought" ! So *continue cracking the codes of the food industry to us* - our kids will learn to cook with us. Thank you

Just a note - if you add yogurt right out of the fridge, in the boiling salan, it will curdle. So, better to bring it to room temperature before you do that. Or, alternatively, add it in a cup of mild warm water, mix it and then transfer into the hot pan.

Great message to everyone with the awesome recipe.. I cook this exactly the way you demonstrated with a little variation.. I add potatoes too and fry it with onions and the masalas before adding the rice and water to the pressure cooker. We call it tahari. Sometimes we eat the non spicy white version too where we cook the same in coconut milk, we call that murg pulao.. it's nice juicy, a little sticky unlike the biryani rice where the each rice grain stands like pearls. I would try this quick salan and would share the experience soon.. 😀

@vinaraj18175 жыл бұрын
I made this today it was yummy. But the texture was like pongal. How can we adjust so the rice is not too sticky? We only buy normal onions. I hardly see the shallot type at places where i shop. If we add normal big orange onions how many should we use. Thankyou
@soumyashishdas87795 жыл бұрын
