@@Finesb12 all cheesecakes "suppose" to go in a water bath because of its texture. Like it helps prevent cracks and and allows it not to sink back in when it completely cools but its honestly up to you sis it's still edible and good in the end😁

I literally cannot remember the last time I've seen a recipe for a baked cheesecake. Seriously, every time I see a cheesecake recipe on KZbin, it's always no-bake, as if the notion of baking a cheesecake has suddenly become taboo.

Idea: what if you make the sugar in the cheesecake filling half brown sugar half white, since that's what you do anyways in a regular choice chip cookie? Also, in the base I suggest browning about 3/4 of you butter. This step takes an extra 2-3 min, but really accentuates toffee/caramel notes in the cookie if that's what you want.
