Also! You should pay attention the clothes in the window what she feature when you start costume gacha. If there's gingerbrave and strawberry clothes in the window. It always Common. If there's custard III and blackberry clothes in the window. It could be rare or it has small chance of epic. Also if there's cheesecake and sparkling clothes in the window. That means you will get a 100% epic guarantee That is the same cookie gacha rarity

Ok so I think at the beginning of the animation It shows familiar cookies' clothes in display which will tell us what kind of costume it'll be (common,rare or epic) So for common It'll show Gingerbrave's costume For rare it'll show blackberry, custard, and mint choco's costume And as for epic It'll show cheese cake and sparkling's costume (Credits to the replies for correcting me! :D) That's just what I observed while watching this video :)

From my observation, when the costume shop sells/shows/displays golden robes at the front of the shop when we are pulling for costume gacha,It will be an epic costume, when it display blackberry cookie's outfit, it will be a rare costume, when it displays gingerbrave's body skulls, it will be a common costume.

you can also tell by like how the string is tied around the cookie! if it's just like around the torso, its common, if it kinda goes up to its arms, its rare, and if the whole thing gets wrapped, its epic. (btw dont take it from me, its just from what ive seen in the video n stuff)

We can also look the rarity based on Moon Blanc store display! If there is only ginger brave button on display that means you got commom. If there is custard 3 costume on display it means you got rare. And lastly if there is cheesecake and sparkling party costume (from crob) it means you got the epic one!

The gacha animation for costumes is also similar to the gacha for character in the beginning. Like you know how gingerbrave with strawberry is probabaly common still a chance or how add wizard cookie and your guaranteed nothing. But get custard and clover your defiantly guaranteed. Yeah well I noticed if you look at the mannequins at the beginning, depending on how fancy or detailed the outfit is, that's most likely your outcome. Just from what I've seen, haven't actually gotten a super close look at it
