So I was wondering how Gingerbrave was the first cookie brave enough to escape the oven when it seemed like there were plenty of cookies before him but I think this explains it!! So basically these witches’ life essences lead to other cookies being formed outside of the castle and the oven before Gingerbrave escaped the oven on his own. Makes sense now!!

I think thst most of those that existed before Gingerbrave were baked by witches during certain time. They likely didn't need to escape the oven because they were delivered in a comfortable way. While Gingerbrave was more an outlier, an unexpected change of events. And because of this he is the first one who escaped the oven. While Sachertorte, Marble Danish and etc. were baked long ago during the age of dawn of living cookies magic. I'm more curious when Onyx cream will be out since the season of First Cream is so long

Even in this sequence, the traitor looks much different (grey short hair) than witch of shadows (long black hair). Besides the family dynamic can be seen even through their creations, Shadow witch is likely made Gingerbrave, who was the only one living cookie out of her experiment and Gingerdozer was baked by Witch of Light, they see each other as family. Also by looks, it feels to me that Onyx cream could be remembrance of Witch of shadow's grandfather, since he shares hair design with her. Besides he swore to serve First Cream, who has soul of witch of light inside her

My theory is that witche's castle happens right before the beginning of crk. It's said that gingerbrave just escaped the oven, so imagine that at the end of this game (if there is), gingerbrave escapes from the castle, and that's when crk begins

The weird thing is, WC was originally marketed as a prequel to CROB, which is a very different timeline to CRK. Looks like they've been changing their minds so now I guess it's gonna be a branch point in the timelines (or one of the major ones anyway given certain events like White Lily's deal with Pitaya didn't happen in OvenBreak). Although, it's still worth noting the Ancients were always canon to CROB given Pure Vanilla and White Lily made a cameo in Roquefort's skill as a couple of portraits in the background before Kingdom was announced. They just....aren't around anymore for various reasons (e.g. Dark Cacao implicitly being killed in this timeline by Dark Choco rather than only being injured given the whole kingdom fell after that incident).

​@@PridefulShadowI find it unlikely the Ancients would be so forgotten. I find even harder to believe Dark Choco managed to slay his own father as Dark Cacao had the power of the Soul Jam with him. And even if he did manage, what happened to the Light of Resolution? We know the Soul Jam is very resilient and cannot be fully destroyed no matter what. I think the Soul Jam does not exist in CROB. Perhaps the corresponding cookies did, maybe in different time periods - PV and WL lived in ancient times, HB is probably the current ruler of the Hollyberry kingdom, Dark Cacao is most likely dead from a few years, GC is the Parmesan desert, the Dark Flour war never happened and Dark Enchantress is a separate cookie from White Lily.

I think you're right on First Cream but the custard connection seems more like a coincidence. As for the witch, she's pretty because Devsis very much follow the gacha game design rules of pretty anime people. It's possible that some cookies were baked from similar recipes that each followed different timelines. The witch in CRK looks completely different than from here, as they live in a smaller hut and definitely look more scraggly from their shiloette. I think the gingerbrave recipe has just been passed down by the witches for a while. Basically, I'm saying there are 2 gingerbraves, and I guess 2 of every cookie that is shared between games.

There seems to be a loophole here. At 0:51, the video presents one of the twelve witches ruining their ritual. In which at 1:00, "Their bodies crumbled to powder, their souls adrift in the wind." This implies that 11 out of the 12 witches were affected. However, at 1:20 it shows 12 transformed cookies and the Witch of Light at the center. Where did the 12th cookie come from? At 1:26, the 12th witch was seen to have survived the cookie transformation and was able to "capture her (Witch of Light) radiant essence." I assumed this is an animation error, but at 2:03 the glass shards break into thirteen (13) silhouttes of cookies, the 11 transformed witches plus Cream Cookie. So where did the evil witch come from? Was she even included in the original 12 followers or not?

It seems the Light Witch used all her power and energy to allow the 12 witches to be reborn as cookies (she probably wasn't aware of what the evil witch did and just wanted to save them all), but somehow before dissapering the evil witch captured the remaining of the Light Witch and also turned her into a cookie. I guess they put the silhouette of the evil witch while she was still human to not shown wich of them is the evil one, like an impostor among them. lol
