Hi! I made the cake today... i did some little changes because nobody in my house likes butter cream... me neither... so instead inside i but a white chocolate mousse and instead of the oreos and butter (again... too buttery) i mixed Ovomaltine (its like a cruncky nutella only 10000 times better) and mixed it with petit beurre cookies... for the outside i used a fondant decoration and since i couldnt find the Paw Patrol cookie cutter i printed out the logo out ot the internet and cut out all the little pieces by hand (that was a great tip THANKS)... SO EXCITED FOR TOMORROW... my nephew looooooves Paw Patrol

I just did a test run for this paw cake . It turned out wonderfully! I did a vanilla bean cake , Hershey cake pop with crusting buttercream . Yummy ! So when I go to do this cake it will have the paw patrol logo and fondant figures sitting around the top of the bowl

I made this cake for my friend’s son’s birthday, his name is Chase, just like the Paw Patrol dog! It turned out really well, except the top of the paw print inside wasn’t quite lined up properly, even though I followed the tutorial exactly (even measured the distance from the outside of the cake to the centre). Every one was quite impressed, nonetheless!!

I know this is a silly question but when you say 3 x 8" cakes (and using your recipe cause it is by far the best vanilla cake I have found in every way) do you mean it is that recipe 3x (as that recipe is split into 2 cake tins) or is it 1.5 batters. I took it as 1.5batters but my cakes dont look to tall and I dont think the paw inside will be very big. I'm in desperate need for an answer so if anyone can help that would be good.
