The lions mane mushroom has helped my wife with her MS so much it is amazing. The mushroom is a fall to mid winter here in Tennessee. Its worth its weight in gold. God bless all.

Jeff would have just spit roasted it and called it day. Paige comes in and gives him a 5 star restaurant meal for free. I actually want to make those lion mane cakes. Maybe call them Mountain Crab Cakes. So grateful she is there. You can see how much it lifts his spirit. I hope she can stay at least until he is healed. We shall see. I don't know about Canadian visa limits.

Good to see you’re doing well. If you’re trying to “stay healthy,” frying food is not the way to go. When you take perfectly good piece of meat, and then you bread it with high glycemic index flour, then throw it in a bunch of hot oil, your increasing the calorie density of the food. There’s other negatives, as well. All the fried foods and simple carb foods Americans eat, is what’s killing us. Just look at all the people waddling around the grocery store and then look at what’s in their cart.
