माफ कीजियेगा अगर किसी को बुरा लगे ,,Quail यानी बटेर,इसके स्वादिष्ट माँस के कारण इसका बहुत अधिक शिकार किया जा रहा है जिसके कारण इनकी संख्या मे बहुत कमी हो गई है।इसलिए वन्य जीव संरक्षण कानून 1972 के तहत सरकार ने इनके शिकार पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है। शायद इसी प्रकार प्रजातियां विलुप्त हो जाती हैं, जब हम और किसी भी चीज से जादा अपने स्वाद को प्राथमिकता देते हैं। 😞

Just a very quick question...in Indian, there are many types of flat breads... I noticed you dont make paratha or Dosa... is it because those are not eaten in your region? Those are eaten in South India only? Have you ever made Dosa at home? There is just so many different dishes to explore in India alone... I really learn alot from your videos. I use them to cook afew dishes at home too. My hubby and son loves the biryani and lamb stew... Thank you for taking time to reply to my previous comments. Much appreciated.
