Jesus Christ, the funny part is that Lewis was trying to be really lowkey and chill about the vegetarian thing at first until Duncan and the chef were just like OHHHHHH YOU CAN’T EAT ANYTHING HUH??? The fact of the matter is that while there are some shitty vegetarians, the squeaky wheel gets the grease, and a majority of vegetarians literally don’t care what other people eat and either provide food for themselves before a gathering or otherwise make arrangements without bitching or pushing. Other people make a lot more of a fuss than the actual vegetarian normally.
@elmianprincess7 жыл бұрын
evilbananatwins yeah like when I was a vegetarian (which I am not anymore because I didn’t get enough protein to keep my body healthy) if people said I’ve made chicken I’d just say oh I can’t eat it it’s fine and I’d just make something else

"As soon as it reaches boiling it will lose all the alcohol" Not true - it actually takes a substantial amount of time to boil off all the alcohol, as long as you aren't heating it for hours it will still keep the alcohol content!
@Marahute07 жыл бұрын
"As soon as water reaches 100 degrees it all evaporates instantly. There will be nothing left in the pot. The same hold true with alcohol. You don't need to heat it to boiling point for an extended period of time to ensure pushing out over 99% of it. 1 second of boiling is enough. Don't inhale the fumes. You'll die." - Albert Einstein.

What is cristmas pudding? Is it chockolate or something?
@lewis65907 жыл бұрын
gary buttville Christmas pudding is a traditional British dessert. It's a dark, dense cake that is made with candied fruit peel and raisins and stuff. You usually buy it because when you make the pudding, you have to steam it for around 6 hours and then let it sit for a few days. It's usually served with brandy and/or cream.

Before anyone posts comments about vegetarians being idiot's or less intelligent or just generally stupid/offensive, it's a life style they have chosen for reasons they have chosen and it's not your problem whether or not someone eats nothing but meat. If you hold this opinion, please, for your own sake, do some research. Btw, I'm not even vegetarian, but I don't need to eat meat every day.

@reeeeeeee83927 жыл бұрын
Escapist Being a vegetarian isn't obnoxious, it's just a lifestyle some choose because they don't like the way animals are treated and/or their death. What's the issue?

I wasn't able to watch live, just getting around to watching now. But as a vegetarian I feel Lewis' pain here. It's not only better for your health though, but the health of the planet
@JoeR-cd9jg6 жыл бұрын
Ik this is old af but anyway. It isnt as simple as "stop eating meat bada bing bada boom your healthy now." If you eat meat you can be just as healthy as vegetarians. So vegetarians are less healthy than meat eaters and vice versa. Also it being better for the world doesnt matter in the long run. Eventually we have to leave this planet so stop pretending we can sustain our species on this planet forever.

I feel so sorry for Lewis getting brainwashed into being a vegetarian. Meat and fat isn't bad for you. An all meat diet is far more beneficial than an all plant diet.
@disregardthefollowingstate83137 жыл бұрын
LeeTrig You could be here all year arguing about nutrition, but the meat industry is unsustainable, global warming.
@Theorimlig7 жыл бұрын
Who is a vegetarian for health reasons? A handful of weird americans. It's almost certainly an ethical choice. He mentions health reasons too, but only in the context of "eating too much meat".
@Jtrigonis7 жыл бұрын
Connor Titov high quality meat is most always ethically and sustainably raised. I'll also argue that a cow raised at a farm lives a better life in captivity than in the wild. :) Wolves will keep a deer alive as they eat it limbs off to keep the meat fresher.
@Jtrigonis7 жыл бұрын
Didn't he say in the video he was doing it for health reasons? Dunno. Might have misheard it.
@Theorimlig7 жыл бұрын
I mean that really depends from country to country and farm to farm. And cows aren't the worst example of how farm animals are treated generally, a pig who spends its life in a crate is not better off than a wild boar out in the forest. I've worked with pigs, I have first hand experience.
